Replacing a lost car title in Idaho

The part that catches people out
Form ITD 3367 has to be signed in front of a notary, or in front of a county assessor or deputy assessor, which is the cheaper option since you are going to the assessor’s office anyway. Idaho also sells speed: an optional RUSH service adds $26 on top. The small county administrative fee is real but unstated, so treat $14 as the state’s share rather than the total.
