Where's the vehicle licensing office in Everett?
The county's own counter is the Snohomish County Auditor's Licensing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, on the first floor of the Robert J. Drewel Building. It's open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays; allow 30 minutes for a transaction before closing. The county's list also has two subagent offices, one for north Everett and one for south Everett. All are vehicle licensing offices authorized by the Washington DOL (often called the Washington DMV), and they handle replacement titles and reports of a vehicle sale (Snohomish County Auditor).
